Whoopi Goldberg outrageously claims Republicans ‘invite people to test the waters of fascism’
Things got weird on ABC’s talk show “The View” this week when co-host Whoopi Goldberg outrageously said Republicans “invite people to test the waters of fascism.”
This segment began with Goldberg co-host Joy Behar criticizing Republicans in the odd way that is typical of her.
“It’s been a crazy week on the Republican side. Rick Santorum says Native American culture never existed. Lindsey Graham says there is no systemic racism in the United States. And Newt Gingrich says a gay pride flag is not American. OK? ”Behar asked, according to The sun.
“So the question is, what’s going on here?” she added. “They aren’t stupid people, not really, but they seem to be very cynically appealing to a very low denominator, whoever these people are, who are so, like, in the cult and so in love with Trumpism and so much hate for the liberals. that they’ll believe whatever these guys tell them. It’s very anti-American.

“And also, as a further gesture, there is no Republican position on what to do with the American people,” Behar said. “So that’s a big distraction from the fact that Joe Biden is killing – you know, killing him in the States because he has fantastic programs going on, and Americans love that.”
“So they’re angry about it too,” she concluded. “We’re just having a crazy time, and these people are only making it worse.”
It was then that Goldberg stepped in to give his outrageous take on Republicans.

“Well, it’s just listening to people trying to rewrite history, you know,” she said. “They are the ones who invite people to test the waters of fascism. That’s what I think. Test the waters and see, pretend you’re doing anything.
“They brought nothing to the United States. Pretend it doesn’t exist. Pretend so we can all turn around and say, it’s them, catch them. It’s weird, but that’s how I feel about myself.

The fact that these two women have a platform to spew this nonsense on national television on a daily basis is truly insane.
