“In a republic, the will of the majority prevails. But the majority must recognize and protect the rights of the minority. And neither will violate or oppress the rights of the other.

– Thomas Jefferson

Critical Race Theory, or CRT, is a refuted progressive theory that advocates all accepted normal and neutral laws, regulations, and social and political traditions that have a different impact on minority racial groups. It examines how legislatures target racial minorities for unfavorable treatment, such as voter suppression laws, employment and social policies, cultural and institutional requirements outside of the majority.

The CRT was developed by black activists in civil rights academia to challenge the interplay of race and law in America. They theorize that American institutions and laws were created by whites to declassify people of color whose values, needs, morals, and ideas receive different social justice.

Those who come to CRT preach that America is a racist nation with codified institutional racism and prejudices against people of color. The CRT rejects the real facts that racism really only exists in small groups. They believe that racism is enshrined in law, innate in society, and part of all public policy.

CRT providers reject statistical evidence that racist incidents by whites against people of color are few. And the racial episodes of violence against whites by people of color and the acts they inflict on other people of color are only enacted to uphold American structural systemic racism.

“America was created by white supremacists who believed that all people of color were inferior.”

– Alexandria O. Cortez

CRT was an anemic academic study. But he reared his ugly head when leftists resurrected him to try to discredit Donald Trump and the GOP. It quickly became the fight song of the socialists and the radical women’s house “Hit-Squad” led by AOC. It is their weapon of choice for disrupting Congress.

The CRT is a radical minority school of thought based on biased opinions, not evidence. Its adherents, mostly minority academics, have fueled dozens of books, legal journals, and countless conferences trying to force officials and whites in America to adhere to an implausible and unsubstantiated theory.

The majority of Americans do not support the principles of the CRT because it refuses to accept historical facts. This is worrying because America is used to correcting its problems and making life better.

Since its founding, America has adapted to national and global evolution as well as social needs while defending global freedom.

“America is great because God makes it so.”

– Bishop Fulton Sheen

Pew Research Center polls of both parties and independents after Barack Obama’s re-election in 2014 found 73% of blacks and whites believe our nation need not revisit laws tackling inequality between blacks and whites. This group also agreed that discrimination was no longer a barrier to black mobility. And SCOTUS even removed preclearance from the voting rights law.

It’s a fact that CRT would still languish today in the graveyard of the lost socio-cultural hypothesis if Hillary Clinton had won in 2016. But when voters picked Trump, the left flip-flopped on race. Political scientist Lisa Clark speculates that Democrats feared that Trump’s patriotism and populism with white blue-collar workers and middle-class blacks posed a threat to their reliance on identity politics.

“When Americans have patriotism in their hearts, there is no room for prejudice! “

– Donald Trump

Labeling the GOP racist is the left weapon to control the black vote. It is a self-sustaining antithetical moral ethic. Disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo once said, “I can’t believe the Conservatives are calling Black Lives Matter and Antifa radical! During the Women’s March in Washington shortly after Trump’s inauguration, pop star Madonna said, “I thought a lot about blowing up the White House.

In the 1960s, when Republicans and Democrats in the north humiliated segregationists in the south to end segregation, the left eagerly claimed it. Former segregationist Lyndon Johnson took the opportunity to impose a New Left moral imperative on American society dictated by Democrats.

Last year, before George Floyd was buried, as America burned down, the left demanded that CRT be incorporated into public education and all American businesses and institutions. They said Floyd’s death was not an isolated incident by a bad cop but a way of life for people of color in America.

“If the CRT seems Marxist, it is. It was the Marxists who coined the expression whiteness.

-Mike Gonzalez

When US Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona sent out a directive that states should teach CRT, they were more upset than the segregationists at Brown v Education! State legislatures across the United States began to ban CRT in schools, saying it was unconstitutional for the DOED to dictate the state’s curriculum. They also refuse to teach innocent students that they are racist.

Law professor Suzan Sherry verified that the CRT rejected all factual evidence. Is it built around radical and false opinions that replace historical facts with narration? It rejects truth and merit as white opinion and rejects the rule of law. She highlights the success of Jews and Asians, but CRT ignores her. They wrongly accuse all whites of racism against blacks and never mention black racism against whites?

Constitutionalists and lawyers allege that CRT advocates “impose minority ‘views’ on the majority,” which is unconstitutional. America is a republic, with a government that guarantees that “the minority is never deprived of its rights by the majority”. Consequently, “no minority can impose its beliefs on the majority”. The CRT forces the majority to accept the views of a small minority.

“The sole purpose of the CRT is to create as much guilt as possible within the white race.”

-Mike Gonzalez

As he stepped down, Thomas Jefferson said, “Only honorable speech will protect us from tyranny. CRT is a dishonorable speech and a denial of the success of the world’s oldest constitution. This breeds contempt for Americans of the past who have stepped forward to right social and cultural wrongs. It discredits the efforts of our Enlightenment founders. They make bogus claims that all whites are guilty of racism and they categorically deny that there is black racism against whites which is totally false.

Princeton law professor Jennifer Hochschild said the CRT was flawed from the start. They claim “people of color” in their saying, but they only focus on blacks, which is 13% of the population? According to census data, over 50% of black Americans belong to the middle class. She concludes that this upward mobility in socioeconomic status is due to American social and cultural assimilation.

During the civil rights movement, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. told us that the Declaration of Independence was “a promissory note” guaranteeing all Americans “the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness “. As Jefferson said, “Only honorable speech will protect us from tyranny. In America, everyone has the same right to work within our justice system to improve our nation for everyone. Anyone who cannot call themselves American.

“The CRT is well established in all American institutions. It guides decision making based on skin color, not individual worth and talent. “
