Florida MP Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Georgia MP Marjorie Taylor Greene are take the road. Both pro-Trump and Frankish members of Congress are planning a tour across the country called “America First.”

The tour begins May 7 in the popular retirement community called The Villages in Florida.

For anyone showing up for a national office in Sunshine State or for a national office, The Villages is a must stop. The hope is that the tour will generate similar support and enthusiasm as the Tea Party.

The idea behind “ America first ”

According to a press release, the idea behind the “ America First ” rallies is to promote ideas that have won Donald Trump as President.

Rallies, Gaetz said,

“The issues that drive us include the end of America’s Eternal Wars, repairing the border Joe Biden broke on day one, prioritizing Americans and not illegal migrants, relocation of industries sold to adversaries.” foreigners, the guarantee of true electoral integrity and the taking of the threat of the Chinese Communist. Party.”

“These issues are more important than any election and we stand ready to take back our party and our country.”

Greene recently made the headlines of a rally that drew around 300 people in Florida, where she spoke the 2020 presidential election and said, “It doesn’t matter how upset you are about the presidential election and it doesn’t matter what you see in the news. It is not finished. you want to know why? I am here. And guess what else? It’s bigger. You are all here. “

RINOS call

In addition to keeping Trump supporters optimistic, another goal of “America First” rallies is to call Republicans spongy; those considered by the Conservatives to be members of the GOP establishment, who agree to get along.

Among the so-called RINOs who might be greeted by the rallies, one could very well be Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY). Cheney has been a harsh critic of Trump and blamed him for the Jan.6 riot on Capitol Hill.

Gaetz and Cheney have had words in the past. After Cheney was censored for her vote to impeach Trump for the violence on Capitol Hill, Gaetz traveled to Wyoming to join residents who, because of her vote, were calling for her censorship or impeachment.

Cheney’s office hit back with a tweet that read, “Rep. Gaetz can leave his beauty bag at home. In Wyoming, men don’t wear makeup.

Gaetz also exchanged words with Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL). In February, Kinzinger announced he was starting a PAC to “take back” the GOP from pro-Trump Republicans.

One of the seats targeted by the PAC was Gaetz. In one tweet, Gaetz’s response was, “Now he wants to target my politics America first, referring me by name. My answer: F *** ing bring it. “

Gaetz and Greene are no strangers to controversy

Gaetz and Greene are no strangers to political drama. In February, the Democratic-led House voted to strip Greene of her committee credentials for comments she made before taking office.

And at the end of March, it was revealed that Gaetz was under federal investigation for alleged sex with a 17-year-old girl. The DOJ is investigating Gaetz for allegedly violating sex trafficking laws for traveling with the girl. Gaetz has denied all allegations and has so far not been charged with any crime.

Gaetz and Greene both say they are not “canceled” and they will not be silent.

During the Obama years, the Tea Party was born. Could this be the resurgence some have been looking for with the election of Joe Biden? It will be interesting to see how much dust their MAGA hats and practice their YMCA dance moves.
